The product is as advertised, in brand new condition.It had never been used, and performs in excellent fashion.But that is concerned, we have an emergency that requires the printer dock is being paid a substantial premium for fast delivery. Un fortunately, the seller mailed it with USPS, rather than shipping it with UPS.It is 4 days, here weve got a big inconvenience caused.
