Unfortunately, I was not able to use this product because my printer that it is used in broke.However, when I called to see if I could exchange it, the seller got back with me very promptly and was very helpful.I used this product for years and usually it is, I believe, the ink cartridge, only to be used in an Epson printer. Stay away from non-Epson inks. Thank you, Sandy.
